Real Stories
When two individuals arrived at one of our group homes, they arrived with very little with them, just a few belongings and almost no clothing.
Starting over is never easy, and something as simple as not having enough clothes can make those first days even more overwhelming.
Through the support of the Foundation, they were able to shop for the clothing they needed, choosing items that fit, felt comfortable, and helped them feel like themselves again.
What may seem like a small gesture made a meaningful difference. It gave them confidence, dignity, and a stronger sense of belonging as they began this new chapter.
